Sales & return policy
 

All items will be shipped within 2 days of receipt of payment and will be carefully packed and shipped insured with shipping and insurance to be paid by the buyer.
 

Your complete satisfaction is unconditionally guaranteed!  If you are not happy with your purchase, you must call, fax or email us on receipt with the USPS Delivery Confirmation Number or the UPS Tracking Number and return ithe item(s) in the same condition as sent by Raven's Way Antiques within 5 business days of receipt for a full refund, less shipping and insurance costs. Returns must be shipped and fully insured at purchaser’s expense..  If item(s) are damaged during return shipping and are not fully insured by purchaser, Raven's Way Antiques will not be held responsible and a refund will not be honored.  After the 5 day period, all sales are final unless other agreements have been made my us.  If you have any questions regarding our policy, please contact us.
